Virender Kumar Kashyap (Chairman)

Virender Kumar Kashyap s/o Late Sh. Hukam Chand Kashyap was born on 19th of December, 1946. After completing his studies, he joined Oriental Bank of Commerce, a leading public sector Bank in 1972 and worked in different positions in the same bank from time to time for 35 years. During his working in this institution he gained vast banking experience and learning gained by him in various fields of operation as well as administrative work could be very helpful in future assignments. He has a high level of commitment which can be aligned to the attainment of set organizational goals as well as smooth working of the institution to further deliver excellent desired results.

As Mr. Kashyap had a great interest in the Micro Finance, he joined Cashpor Micro Credit, a section 25 Company under Companies Act, 1956 immediately after his retirement as CFO and was looking after the Departments of Accounts, Claims and Loans/finance from 1st Feb,07 to Aug,2009. After resigning from CASHPOR in the month of Aug, 2007, he joined Mainstream Solutions and Education a Section 25 Company as Promoter Director and CEO in Sept, 2009. During this period Mr. Kashyap was also designated as COO of the GEOSANSAR (Gaia Advisors) a London based Company of the same group which is working for the financial inclusion in India

Mr. J.R. Sarangal (Vice Chairman)

Mr. Sarangal possesses a first class academic and professional career. He studied at top business institute in India and holds MBA degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He is a rank holder in college and received merit scholarship. Mr. Sarangal is highly motivated, energetic and positive team player and has excellent oral and written communication skills. He studied and received professional trainings in multicultural environment. Mr. Sarangal is a project finance and micro finance specialist worked for NABARD, a National Level Development Bank in India for the last 30 years. He is a rural credit and development-banking expert.

He has a blend of knowledge in project finance and Micro Finance. He is also an expert as faculty and delivered number of lectures at various training establishments of banks, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), National Bank Staff College (NBSC) at Lucknow and at various workshops, National and International Conferences etc.

Mr. Vijay Pandey(Managing Director):

Mr. Vijay Pandey has more than 8 years rich experience in Microfinance sector. Having acquired degree in commerce he started his career of microfinance with Asia’s biggest mF company named Cashpor Micro Credit (CMC). In the Cashpor Micro Credit he got opportunity to understand the process and procedures of microfinance at ground level. He worked in CMC for three years at various responsible positions. He sifted to India’s fast growing MFI named SONATA and worked for more than two years at senior management level. During the work with SONATA he was head of operations and later headed internal audit department. He initiated the company Bhartiya Micro Credit and presently associated as Managing Director.

Maya Pandey(Deputy Director)

Mrs. Maya Pandey D/O Mr. G.S. Dubey born in 5 March 1980 belongs to Lal Diggi, Mirzapur. She is post graduate & having a diploma in Computer Application.She is working as Deputy Managing Director in Bhartiya Micro Credit. She is also associated with Nimisha Finance India Pvt. Ltd. as Director.

Mr. Mukul Jaiswal (Nominee Director)

Mr. Mukul Jaiswal is a Chartered Accountant and also has post graduate degree. Mr. Jaiswal had started his professional career with Asia’s biggest MF company named Cashpor Microcredit (CMC), Varanasi. He worked as Managing Director with Cashpor Microcredit for many years. Mr. Jaiswal is highly motivated, energetic and positive team player and has excellent oral and written communication skills. During the work with Cashpor Microcredit he gained vast experience in microfinance and various related sectors

Mr. Hanumant Rawat (Independent Director)

Mr. Hanumant Rawat is Director, Livelihoods at American India Foundation Passionate about creating livelihoods for marginalised youth & women & helping them acquire abilities & assets so they have stable income with dignity. Livelihoods and community based enterprise development experiences in varied geographies. Skill-sets on grant making, partners management, new program designing, execution, monitoring, new institution building, fundraising, building team and mentoring & hands-on exerince of natural calamity situations. Knowledge and sensitivity to various socio-cultural contexts, community needs and ability to adapt, network, forge strategic alliances and collaborations.

Dr. Neeta Mishra (Independent Director)

Dr. Neeta Mishra Dr. Neeta Mishra has done Ph. D. Dr. Mishra is proprietor of Crafts ’n’ Styles - a handicrafts based unit. She is also a Secretary of a society named– Society for Cause of People’s Empowerment (SCOPE), Lucknow. She has also been associated with Kalpi Kagaz Kendra- a handmade paper unit as an advisor since 2001. During the work with Kalpi Kagaz Kendra, as an advisor, he has gained rich experience in microfinance and related sectors.
